Using Casa Amsicora is simple and transparent. We offer the house's spaces and equipment for specific events by individuals and associations. Each use is subject to a fee-based agreement, agreed upon and formalized in writing before the event.
There's no one-size-fits-all price: each proposal is evaluated based on its characteristics, organizational needs, and duration of use. The goal is to find a clear and sustainable solution for both parties.
Four steps to using the house
1. Tell us about the project
The first step is to tell us about your idea. Tell us what you'd like to accomplish, including the dates, expected number of participants, the type of activity, and the space you need. If you're planning on staying overnight, please specify any accommodation requirements.
You don't need to have every detail figured out: we can evaluate the proposal together and identify the most suitable solutions.
2. Get a proposal
We will review your request and respond with a proposal that includes the financial terms and conditions for using the home.
The fee is determined by considering the duration, number of people, spaces required, necessary equipment, and any additional services.
3. Let's agree on the agreement
Once we have identified the solution, we put the agreed conditions in writing.
The agreement specifies the fee, dates, usable spaces, delivery and return procedures, cleaning, and responsibilities of the parties. A simple procedure, designed to ensure clarity and peace of mind for everyone.
4. Realize your initiative
Once the arrangements have been made, Casa Amsicora is ready to welcome you.
You may use the agreed-upon spaces and equipment to carry out your activity, subject to the agreed-upon conditions. The organizer of the event is responsible for its own activities and the participants as set forth in the agreement.

Yes. Anyone who organizes a course, workshop, or event independently manages their initiative, including the program, registration, and participation fees, assuming the responsibilities set forth in the agreement.
Do you need insurance?
Any insurance requirements are assessed during the agreement definition, in relation to the type of business and the responsibilities of the parties.
